Guidelines for admission to std XI

1. Eligibility: A Student has to pass Std. X from Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or any equivalent examination with proven ability. Student from other Boards outside Goa will be admitted subject to availability of seats and required percentage of marks.
2. Procedure for Online Admissions:
   a) Collect prospectus from the school office,
   b) Go to School website www.rosaryhssnavelim.in and click on Admission Link.
   c) Login with your 'Username' and 'Password attached above. Kindly note each Username and Password can be used by one student only.
   d) Fill in all the details in the Provisional Admission Form. Enter Mobile No. on which an OTP will be sent on submission of form.
   e) A preview of the filled form can be viewed. Check if all details are entered correctly. For any corrections to be done, close the 'preview' and make necessary changes and submit.
   f) Incomplete, incorrect/false data will lead to rejection of form.
   g) Enter the OTP' in the respective field and click on submit.
   h) On successful submission of the form, a notification 'Form submitted' will be received on the Mobile No. provided.
   i) Candidates fulfilling the institutional criteria will receive a notification to confirm their admission at a given date and time.
   j) The other candidates will be placed on the 'Waiting List' and will be informed of their admission status, if selected, in due course of time.
   k) Allotment of Optional Subjects will be finalized by admission authorities on merit basis subject to availability of seats.
   l) Right to admission is reserved with the Principal.
   m) Required documents (Std. X Marksheet, Original School Leave Copy of Birth Certificate) to be submitted at the time of confirmation.
   n) Fees to be paid by cash.
   0) Admission to be finalised on the day and date allotted as per message received without fail, failing which the seat will be forfeited.
